Instagram Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised by Krocus & Co., London, UK.

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Employees of Krocus & Co., their family members, or anyone connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter:

Visit the Krocus & Co. pop-up stand between Monday 13th October 2025 at 10:00 and Sunday 19th October 2025 at 18:00.

Tag one friend in the comments (each tag counts as one entry)

(Optional) Share the post to your Story and tag @krocus.co for an extra entry

Entries made outside of the competition period will not be counted.

4. Prize

The winner will receive a 3-month supply of Krocus & Co. herbal tea blends (three 28-bag pouches).
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Krocus & Co. reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Entry Period and Winner Selection

Entries open Monday 13th October 2025 at 10:00 and close Sunday 19th October 2025 at 18:00.
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and announced on Wednesday 22nd October 2025 via Instagram Stories.
The winner will also be contacted through Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

6. Data Protection

Any personal data collected (e.g. name and delivery address) will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share personal data with third parties.

7. General Conditions

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete.

Krocus & Co.’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
